Resident of Chennai, India, I graduated in Medicine, completed my post graduation, successfully established and managed one of the trusted Pathology Laboratory in India (for 23 years). I was bitten by the shutter bug (again) in April 2008 after my retirement. I am now on a journey to see the nature through my Nikon D300 and an array of Nikkor lenses including AF-S NIKKOR 600mm f/4G ED VR.

I am a member of Photographic Society of Madras (http://www.photomadras.org ), a 150 year old organisation.

My passion is capturing images of birds, especially in action.
